Hey guys! I have a new set of polishes from Scofflaw Nail Varnish for you all today. These three are a part of Scofflaw's Halloween collection, all inspired by horror films. I don't watch very many scary movies, though I have seen The Shining (which is a must watch, scaredy cat or not) but I do love collection Halloween inspired collections and this one is a knockout by Scofflaw. The formula of each polish was great, no problems with application, and the colors are fantastic. This trio is a limited edition collection, so once they are gone, they're gone. It looks like there are bottles of Rosemary's Baby Blues and The Worst Witch in Scofflaw's Etsy shop right now, Redrum is sold out but hopefully it will be arriving at Scofflaw's other stockists soon.
Scofflaw Redrum
Three coats
Rusty red creme with red, orange, and brown glitter and copper shimmer.
This version is not nearly as creeptastic as the inspiration, instead you get a richly colored polish that fits perfectly for this time of the year.
Scofflaw Rosemary's Baby Blues
Three coats
Very pale blue creme with gunmetal, black, white and holo charcoal glitter.
This one glows in the dark, which sadly I don't have a shot of but Sarah of Samarium's Swatches does.
I do really like the contrast of the pale pale blue base color and the more bold black/white/gray glitter.
Scofflaw The Worst Witch
Two coats
Pumpkin orange jelly with navy blue, red, orange, yellow and copper glitter and gold/copper shimmer.
I LOVE THIS!
One of the reasons I love Halloween collections is that orange tends to be a commonly used color, so it's no surprise that this one is my favorite of this trio.
