Renaissance Cosmetics Enamored, L'Hiver, & Hera

Provided for Review
Hey y'all! I have a few Renaissance Cosmetics polishes to share with you today. If you recall, I shared a few of her Modern Vamp Collection in December and since then, this post has been waiting, oh so patiently to be shared. The polishes shown today are not currently in stock but I have a feeling Renaissance Cosmetics will be restocking her shop soon, check her Facebook page for updates.

Renaissance Cosmetics Enamored
Two coats
Dark purple jelly/creme base with fuchsia and gold shimmer and blue iridescent glitter.
Vampy and luscious, those are the words that come to mind with a polish like this. The blue iridescent sparks are even more eye-catching in person.

Renaissance Cosmetics L'Hiver
Two coats
Pale blue creme base with gold, midnight blue, white, and silver micro-glitter
I can definitely see the reference with the name L'Hiver (meaning winter) as it has a crisp and minimal beauty to it. Easy application as well.

Renaissance Cosmetics Hera
Three coats
Clear base with garnet, red, burgundy, gold, and fuchsia micro-glitter
Ooooooooh yeah, a major stunner of a polish and my favorite of the three. Great coverage as well, I could have gotten away with two coats but I did three just to take care of any little spots.

China Glaze Road Trip Collection: My Picks

Purchased By Me
Hey everyone! To start of your Monday, I have the recently released China Glaze Road Trip Collection to share with you guys. There are 12 polishes in this collection but I am only going to be sharing the 8 polishes I purchased, if you wanted to see the other colors, check out Wondrously Polished's review.

China Glaze has been more hit than miss for me lately but I think they did a fantastic job with this set. I don't know if it's the fact that this was a spring collection and that I love spring polish colors but these totally hit the spot for me. The colors are bright and saturated and the polish formula was so so good. The cremes applied really well, they have gel-like shiny finish but only need two coats for full coverage. The shimmers are pretty as can be, though they need three coats for full coverage. A collection like this is what reaffirms my interest for China Glaze and makes me look forward to what they will be releasing next.

I purchased my polishes from Head2Toe Beauty's webshop but I know that these are out and for sale from Ulta and Sally Beauty Supply.

Darling Diva Polish St. Patrick's Day Collection: Swatches and Review

Provided for Review
Hey guys! I have a new collection from Darling Diva Polish to share with you all today. The St. Patrick's Day collection consists of 5 wonderful green polishes and will be released tonight in Darling Diva Polish's shop. Check out her Facebook page for specific time and release info.

Darling Diva Polish There Once Was a Man from Nantucket
Three coats
Color shifting green to gold to teal with metallic multi-chrome flakes.
This one is thinner than the others, I prefer to build to opacity when I wear polish (with some exceptions) and I was able to get full coverage in three coats. You could layer over a dark base color though and then apply one coat of this polish and you'll get the same payoff.

Darling Diva Polish On the White Cliffs of Dover Sat a Poet
Two coats
Mid tone green creme with metallic multi-chrome and gold flakes and holo pigment
A more yellow toned green and very creamy. I love how those metallic flakes stand out in the base.

Darling Diva Polish A Newlywed Couple From Paris
Three coats
Mid tone green linear holographic with flake shimmer
The heavy shimmer makes the holo a more subtle one but it still looks amazing in and out of the sun. It's a bit thick, so a light hand with application may be best.

(Direct Sunlight)

Darling Diva Polish Ever Heard of Naughty Wife from St. Paul
Two coats
Hunter green linear holographic
A flipping gorgeous shade of green and simply outstanding in any sort of direct light. It has more a jelly based formula, which is what makes the holo flame so bold and it's much more opaque then I was expecting.

(Direct Sunlight)

Darling Diva Polish In the Garden of Eden Sat Eve
Three coats
Clear base with green and gold holo micro-glitter
Most definitley my favorite polish of the collection but with my love of micro-glitters, that's probably not a surprise. This is one I will be re-wearing come St. Patrick's Day in March.

Pahlish You Give Love! February 2015 Duo: Swatches and Review

Provided for Review
Hello again! Here is my second Pahlish post for today, this time it's all about their upcoming February 2015 Duo named You Give Love! This duo will be released during their Friday release at 7 pm in their shop, along with a restock of the Sweethearts Collection.

Pahlish Angel's Smile
Two coats
Pale sandy taupe with copper and gold ultra micro-flake shimmer
A lovely creamy pale taupe that is warmed by the gold and copper flakes. Formula is very nice, something I have come to expect from Pahlish.

Pahlish Shot Through the Heart
Layered over Angel's Smile
Clear base with copper, gold, and metallic multi-chrome flakes and added holo pigment
This goes beautifully with Angel's Smile. You get a nice compliment of colors with both the topper and the base but since the base is subtle, those flakes are a punch of contrast as well. And they apply like butter, I only needed one nice opaque coat over Angel's Smile.

(With Matte Topcoat)
