Rescue Beauty Lounge Random Friday

Happy happy Friday ya'll! Anyone who purchased from my blog sale, all packages will be in the mail tomorrow. I do have lots left and if you wanted to take a look, click here. Today I have a few Rescue Beauty Lounge polishes to share. I like the many Rescue Beauty polishes that I own, I can usually trust that the formula in them are pretty dang awesome.

Rescue Beauty Lounge Become Me
Two coats
Grass green creme
Soooo creamy, it glides on. It leans a little more yellow than my photo shows.

Rescue Beauty Lounge NailsandNoms
Two coats
Creamsicle orange with pink shimmer throughout.
I thought I would fall in love with this because well, it's orange, but it just fell short, I can't say why exactly.

Rescue Beauty Lounge Poppy
Two coats
Fire engine red with slight gold shimmer.
Beautiful red! I love red polish and can see myself wearing this one often.

Rescue Beauty Lounge Scrangie 2.0
Two coats
I don't even know how to describe this color but if I had to I would say bronze with blue, bronze, and gold shimmer. It doesn't even look bronze in my photo, since the finish foil-like, the light reflects and gives it a somewhat olive color.

Rescue Beauty Lounge products can be purchased in her web-shop here. Updates can be found on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Jelly Galore

Oh jelly polishes, how I love thee. Though I must apply multiple coats to reach opacity but once I am done, I have a beautiful, super shiny polish to admire.

Lippmann Supermodel
Available here
Very sheer, this is 5 coats of polish I think, but the color is worth it.

Lippmann Stop and Stare
Available here
Yes, I have two red Lippmann jellies. Yes, they look super similar BUT if I had to compare, I would say Supermodel leans more orange and Stop and Stare is more a cherry red.

Illamasqua Rampage
Available here
The first of my three dark green jellies. Formula is flawless but I expect nothing less of Illamasqua.

Nars Zulu
Available here
Darker then Rampage and Recycle and a little streaky but no less love for it than the day I got it.

Rescue Beauty Lounge Recycle
Available here
This is more a crelly (creme jelly hybrid) than a true jelly but really great formula and high shine.

OPI My Pointe Exactly
Available here
Love this gray jelly, I've used it more than a few times since I bought it last spring.

Verity Deep Violet
Available here
A little more red toned than New York Summer Hot Purple.

Blue Wednesday

I'm not feeling particularly blue today, which is a good thing. But then, blue doesn't really have to mean feeling low or down in the dumps. If anything, a bright and vibrant blue can be uplifting! So here are some blue nails to brighten your day.

Different Dimensions Lapis Lazuli available here
I think I like non color shifting flakies but then I'am disappointed when I get a bottle that has them. I wish I could be more wowed by this polish but unfortunately it doesn't excite me all that much.

Elevation Polish Sample #146
On the other hand, something so simple, a teal creme/jelly that has black speckles, that excites the hell out of me. I wish I had this polish in all the colors of the rainbow.
Not in production at this time, the is a sample that I managed to grab months ago. Samples are available in Elevation Polish's shop here though you have to be quick to get them.

Jade Alga Marinha (from their Cremoso collection) available here
Really nice and vivid teal, it looks streaky but that's probably me being impatient and applying topcoat too soon. I really do like the Jade Cremoso polishes, especially at their price point.

KBShimmer Black to Business available here
layered over Nina Ultra Pro Ink-Ling
Less blue than gray or black but it has blue glitter and that counts for me.

Nails Inc Pudding Lane
Part of the Sprinkles Collection available here
I was so excited for these when they were released but for whatever reason, I didn't end up wearing it until a couple of weeks ago.

Kunimitsu Nail Potions Lucky Goldfish available here
Similar to Barielle Falling Star in that they are both blue with copper glitter but this is much better. I remember the Barielle polish being super thick and hard to apply and this one applied like a dream. The copper stands out really well.

Rescue Beauty Lounge IKB: 2012
Not available at this time but other polishes from Rescue Beauty are available here
This is the type of vibrant blue I am always drawn to. The formula for this is notorious hard to work with and I definitely had to apply with care.

KBShimmer Candy Cane Crush, All Decked Out, and China Glaze Party Hearty

I was so busy over those last two weeks of December that I never posted some of my holiday themed nails. Though the season has passed, I thought that I should go ahead and post them, they are too pretty not to share.

China Glaze Party Hearty

KBShimmer All Decked Out
layered over Rescue Beauty Lounge Recyle

KBShimmer Candy Cane Crush
layered over New York Summer Hot Green

Rescue Beauty Lounge Under the Stars

Under the Stars is a blackened blue with tiny micro-glitter. Or is it shimmer? However it's classified, it's meant to resemble the night sky, that open dark space with stars twinkling. The shimmer is more visible is direct sunlight but either way, the polish is beautiful.

I don't think this is available through Rescue Beauty's webstore any longer but there other polishes available to purchase.
