Hello! Another post for y'all today, this time I have the Sweet Addictions Monthly Box for December to share. Frosty the Snowman is the theme for this month and will have polishes from Chaos & Crocodiles, Elevation Polish, and Cupcake Polish, who hosts it each month and whose shop this will be available in. While I like each month's box, this month was fricking amazing, from the theme, to the brands contributing, to the fact that each polish was a holo. This box will be available only through Cupcake Polish's shop on November 30th, 11 am CST, for $30 plus shipping and will ship worldwide.

Bright and lovely blue! It applies very easy, really each of the three polishes do for that matter.

ACK. I love this color! As red as a certain someone's button nose you could say.

Elevation Polish Eyes Made of Glimmering Coal

Two coats

Charcoal gray linear holographic with silver micro-flakes and gunmetal shimmer.

Elevation does some amazing work with gray and this is no exception. It also has a bold holo flame, I didn't expect that considering the shimmer.

Cupcake Polish's Sweet Addictions Monthly Box: November Edition

Hey y'all! I have the Sweet Addictions box for November to share with you. As you have seen me post in the past, Sweet Addictions box is a monthly box hosted by Cupcake Polish, and with each box, there are two other rotating indie polish brands. This month there is a gemstones theme and will include polishes from Cupcake Polish, Darling Diva Polish and Different Dimension. 

Normally the Sweet Addictions box goes on sale at the very end of the month, but for this month the sale date is just a little earlier. Mark your calenders for these to be released on Sunday October 19th, at 11 am CST, in Cupcake Polish's shop.  And if you missed last month's Think Pink box, there will be a restock tomorrow, October 15th, at 8 pm CST.

Such a rich color! How can you not think of emeralds when you see this? And as is the norm with Cupcake Polish, easy application and formula. 

Darling Diva Polish Tina the Labradorite  
Two coats
Powder blue linear holographic with pink, purple, blue, gold, and black flakes.
Inspired by labradorite.
Gorgeous! Again, I can see the inspiration very clearly and I don't think I have another holo like this in my collection. The holo is a bit more subtle than the other two, because of all those awesome flakes. 

Different Dimension Saphir Rose

Pink linear holographic with pink shimmer.

Inspired by pink sapphire.

Goodness gracious, what a stunner! I know I am repeating myself here but I love how easily you can see the inspiration. A very vibrant pink and super easy application.

Cupcake Polish's Sweet Addictions Monthly Subscription Box: October Edition

Hello everyone! I don't usually do a Saturday post (besides the spam kind) but I wanted to share with you all Cupcake Polish's Sweet Addictions Box for October, which will go on sale tomorrow (Sept. 28th) at 11 am CST. As you have seen me post in the past, Sweet Addictions box is a monthly subscription box and is hosted by Cupcake Polish every month with other rotating indie polish brands. The theme for this month is Think Pink, $250 will be donated for breast cancer awareness, no matter how many boxes are sold, and will include items from Smitten Polish, Bear Pawlish, and Cupcake Polish.

There is a small heart shaped metal charm included in each box, made by none other than Cupcake Polish's mom. So cute! 

Smitten Polish In October, We Wear Pink

Warm pink jelly base with pink holo micro-glitter.

Yummy! Tons of sparkle and easy application. The sun was not shining when I took photos of this one, so no direct sunlight shot but those holo micro-glitter are amazing under the sun. 

Bear Pawlish Paws for Ta-Tas

Two coats

Cool bubblegum pink linear holographic polish.

This was my first time trying out a Bear Pawlish polish and I liked it very much! Nice saturated color and medium linear holo flame.

Fuschia linear holo with pink holo micro-glitter. 

My favorite of the three, it's gorgeous indoors and in direct light sparkles like crazy!

Cupcake Polish's Sweet Addictions Monthly Subscription Box: September Edition

Hey everyone! I have September's Sweet Addictions Box to share with you today. The Sweet Addictions box is a monthly subscription box and is hosted by Cupcake Polish every month with other rotating indie polish brands. The theme for this month are items inspired by Marie Antoinette and includes products from Pipe Dream Polish, Serum No. 5, and Cupcake Polish.

Cupcake Polish Versailles 

Two coats

Lavender linear holo with pink and purple shimmer

Gorgeous! The color is amazing and it's pretty amazing in full sunlight, that holo flame is super bold. 

Pipe Dream Polish Dauphine

Three coats

Taupe creme/jelly base with white, pale blue, and teal glitter.

Lovely as can be. It's so light and delicate, definitely fit in well with the Marie Antoinette theme.

Serum No. 5 Cake Revolution

Three coats

Cream colored base with a rainbow of pastel glitter.

This is a mini size polish (the others are full size). It does dry to a gritty finish due to the pigment and glitter but will smooth out with two coats of topcoat (or a coat of Gelous and topcoat which is what I did). 

It reminds me of a rainbow chip cake. 

Cake Revolution glows in the dark! 

I have a UV black light, which I used below in the photo. 

Serum No. 5 Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Sugar Scrub

YUM. This sugar scrub smells amazing, if you like sweet scents then this is for you. Really nice consistency and  exfoliated well when I used it. This is a 2 oz package, enough for a multiple uses.

The ingredient list for the scrub is as follows:

Organic Refined Sugar; Shea Soap [Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin (kosher, of vegetable origin), Shea Butter (refined naturally crushed), Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan oleate (emulsifier), Oat Protein (conditioner), Titanium Dioxide (mineral whitener used in opaque soaps)]; Jojoba Oil; Sweet Almond Oil; Mica; Fragrance; Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol

Cupcake Polish's Sweet Addictions Monthly Subscription Box: August Edition

Hey guys! Today I have Cupcake Polish's Sweet Addictions Monthly Box for August to share. This month the theme is the Circus and along with a polish from Cupcake Polish, it will also include a polish from Philly Loves Lacquer and a set of nail shields and decals from Love, Angeline. I think the theme is just perfect for this summer month, and each item is fun and playful. All the items shown are exclusive to this month's box and will be available only through Cupcake Polish's shop this Sunday, July 27th at 11 am CST. The box will be sold for $30 (plus shipping) and is available for both US and International buyers.

Cupcake Polish Topsy Turvy

Teal linear holo with gold micro-shimmer.

I can not tell you just how much I adore this polish. It is stunning in real life. 

The holo is loud and proud and it applies really well. I have been craving teal holos lately and this really hit the spot, it's gorgeous. 

Philly Loves Lacquer Trilby

Purple jelly with blue, orange, red, & purple diamonds, squares, and hexes with gold shimmer.

 It's such a lovely purple and with a fun mix of colored glitter.

Love, Angeline's Stuck On Love Nail Shields and Decals

The box will include diamond shaped nail shields and elephant decals, all fitting in with the Circus theme. 

I wanted to have a look reminiscent of a Circus Big Top tent, so I went with bright blue, orange and yellow and red diamonds and applied the white elephant decals. You could also apply the black diamond shapes separately and use the elephant shape as a cutout, so many options with these.

Sweet Addictions Monthly Subscription Box: July Edition

 Good morning! I hope everyone had a good weekend. I have a new set of polishes to share with you guys today. The Sweet Addictions box is a new monthly subscription box hosted by Cupcake Polish, with July being the introductory box. This month has a patriotic theme and will include products from Aly's Dream Polish and Sweet Baby by Donna. The Sweet Addictions box will be a limited edition set and will be limited in numbers so make sure to be ready on June 25th when it goes on sale. I think they all did a fantastic job putting this together and I can't wait to see what future months will bring.

Aly's Dream Polish Patriotic Blue

Gorgeous vivid blue polish! I like that the added white glitter is just enough to add some detailing, I can be picky with bar glitter but it's perfect here. 

Cupcake Polish America the Beautiful

So darn awesome, I practically swooned while swatching this. Beautiful color and strong holo (even in my  cloudy day weak sun shot).

Sweet Baby by Donna Sweet Freedom Cuticle Oil

This is a full size roller ball cuticle oil pen that has a nice fresh watermelon scent to it. This was my first time trying out a product by Sweet Baby by Donna. I tend to not use cuticle oils because I am so often typing or texting or generally have something in my hand but I tried this out for a few days and I was impressed! It's easy to apply with the roller ball applicator and it absorbs quickly, so I don't have to worry about greasy fingers. The watermelon scent was just fruity and sweet enough without being cloying (always a concern for me).
