Lollipop Posse Lacquer Women of Words Collection: Swatches and Review

Provided for Review
Hey all! I have a new set from Lollipop Posse Lacquer today. These five are part of the Women of Words Collection, inspired by favorite literary heroines of Lollipop Posse Lacquer.

Collection Notes:
I am going to put my notes here at the top as the polishes were very similar in formula and application. Each of the polishes have a jeweled tone color and include flakes/shimmer/holo ingredients. Lots of goodness going on but they don't look busy or over the top, just vibrant and glowing. They have a nice fluid formula and apply very easily, needing no more than two coats for coverage. I didn't find any of them to be too thick or thin in consistency. Topcoat is a given of course but even more so recommended here, as it will show off the sparkle of the polishes.

I am including the inspiration notes and quotes that Karen provided, I hope it adds some insight into the collection. Courage, Dear Heart and You Are the Gull (Strong and Wild) were my favorite two of the set because glorious gold and indigo!

The Women of Words Collection will launch February 17th in Lollipop Posse Lacquer's shop

Individual Shades will be $12 each and you can also purchase the complete collection (five shades) with a 10% Discount + free US shipping for the first 24 hours of the sale!

Lollipop Posse Lacquer Courage, Dear Heart
Two coats
Gold linear holographic and gold and bronze micro-flakes plus green toned shimmer
Inspired by
Lucy, the youngest Pevensie child, without whom none of the magic of Narnia would have appeared.

~ The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, by C.S. Lewis

Lollipop Posse Lacquer Half So Interesting
Two coats
Emerald green with scattered holographic pigment, blue micro-flakes, bronze micro-flakes, and blue-green shifting pigment
Inspired by
Anne of Green Gables (but of course!)

"There's such a lot of different Anne's in me. I sometimes think that is why I'm such a troublesome person. If I was just the one Anne it would be ever so much more comfortable, but then it wouldn't be half so interesting."  ~ Anne of Green Gables, by L.M. Montgomery

Lollipop Posse Lacquer I Give You Your Faults
Two coats
Teal blue scattered holographic pigment with bright sparks of gold and bronze micro-flakes
Inspired by
Meg Murray from A Wrinkle in Time. A blurb from Karen:
"A Wrinkle in Time is such a special book to me. I've read it aloud to some very important people in my life, and I keep a copy in my classroom at all times. When a student comes in to my room looking a bit lost, or bored, or at ends with themselves, I press the battered copy in to their hands and tell them to just take some time for themselves and read."

"Meg, I give you your faults."
"My faults!" Meg cried.
"Your faults."
"But I'm always trying to get rid of my faults!"
"Yes," Mrs. Whatsit said. "However, I think you'll find they'll come in very handy on Comazotz."
~ A Wrinkle in Time, by Madeleine L'Engle
