Ever After Polish Nail Whisperer Exclusives - Born to Dive, Forced to Work Trio & All Hail the Queen Duo: Swatches and Review

Provided for Review
Hello! I have some more new polishes from Ever After Polish. These however will not be sold in Ever After Polish's shop but as exclusives for Nail Whisperer, a nail polish stockist based out of Singapore. The first trio is inspired by Eugenia's (who is owner of Nail Whisperer) love of diving and the beautiful colors that would find underwater. The second duo was created with Valentine's Day in mind.

Look for the polishes in this post to be released February 7th at 11 PM SGT, which converts to February 7th at 10 AM EST, exclusively in Nail Whisperer's shop

Born to Dive, Forced to Work Trio:

Ever After Polish Into the Deep
Two coats
Deep sea blue with reflective blue shifting flakes and scattered holographic shimmer
Beautiful bold blue and with it's scattered holo shimmer, it sparkles fantastically in the sun. I had a slight concern for staining as I do whenever I have on a really deep blue or teal color, so I just want to remind you to wear base-coat before applying this. I did not notice any tinting or staining while swatching but I just mention that as a reminder.

Ever After Polish Swim with the Current
Two coats
Sea green linear holographic with green micro-shimmer
Doesn't this resemble the greenery that you would expect along the sea floor? It does for me. Very nice application, I had two coats for coverage and the holo flame is a medium density one.

Ever After Polish This Corals on Fire
Two coats
Coral scattered holographic with gold, pink, purple, blue, and green micro-flakes
Simply wonderful! But then bright coral red pinks are like crack for me. And the coral fits inspiration to a tee, with it's bright hue. Easy application with two coats.

All Hail the Queen Valentine's Day Duo

Ever After Polish The Queen Approves
Two coats
Lavender purple holographic with a light silver and purple micro-shimmer
I really liked this shade of purple, the silver shimmer is a unique detailing. Good coverage in two coats though I do recommend waiting between coats so you don't have any dragging.

Ever After Polish You Had Me at Hello
Three coats
Light pink holographic with soft white micro-shimmer
Soft and pretty and as with the previous purple, the white shimmer sets this apart. Same formula and application as well.

Ever After Polish Heart Breaker Trio: Swatches and Review

Provided for Review
Hey all! I have some new polishes from Ever After Polish to share with you this morning. These three make up her upcoming Heart Breaker Trio. Included with this trio will be a baggie of some heart shaped glitter in teal, metallic pink, and red colors. I wanted to incorporate those into my swatches so I added a little heart accent for each swatch.

The Heart Breaker Trio will be released Sunday January 31st at 4 pm EST in Ever After Polish's shop.

You can purchase the set for $30 and it will include a choice of necklace or key chain from The Holo Pineapple, these two items are made with polishes from this trio! You can also purchase the polishes individually for $10 each as well as the necklace alone for $15 and the key chain alone for $10. Photos of those two items are below:

Ever After Polish Don't Mess Around With Me
Three coats
Gray crelly with blue and purple color-shifting shimmer
Gray and blue go so well together don't they? And of course the teal blue heart had to be worn this polish. With it's crelly formula you will likely need to apply two to three coats, depending on how thin you apply and how opaque you want to go.

Ever After Polish Dream Maker
Four coats
White crelly with blue color-shifting shimmer
Give me a white polish that has a flash of blue (or pink) and I get really excited. This was more sheer than I prefer but the shimmer payoff makes it worth it. You could also layer over a white base but I tend to just build coats whenever possible so my photos show this with four thin coats (waiting just a few minutes between coats to prevent dragging).

Ever After Polish Heart Breaker
Two coats
Red jelly with bright pink shimmer and flakes
Yowza, this is one bold pink toned red! Which I love of course. This was the most opaque of the three, I just needed two coats for coverage. That metallic heart glitter is a mid-tone pink one but with it's reflectiveness, it looked quite dark.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer Winter 2016 Winter is Closing In Trio & Valentine 2016 No Part of the Dream World Duo: Swatches and Review

Provided for Review
Hi everyone! I have new polishes from Lollipop Posse Lacquer to share with you this afternoon. These fives polishes will be released at the same time but are broken down into two different sets with each their own inspiration.

Both the Winter is Closing Trio & the Valetine No Part of the Dream World Duo will be released Sunday January 31st at 4 pm EST in Lollipop Posse Lacquer's shop

The holographic polishes will be $12 each and the other polishes will be $9.50 and you can purchase the each set for at a discounted rate with free US shipping.

Winter is Closing In Winter 2016 Trio:

Inspired by Joni Mitchell's winter classic "Urge For Going". You can listen to the song here and find the lyrics here.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer Bolt My Wanderings In
Three coats
Metallic lavender holographic
Light and delicate, this one is so pretty in and out of the sun. It has a jelly formula consistency and with it's lighter color, three coats for coverage if you want complete opacity. You will want to wait a few minutes between coats to prevent any dragging or gumminess.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer But I Never Seem to Go
Three coats
Metallic sea-foam blue/green holographic
This won't be quite as metallic looking as my shade photo suggests. The color itself was a little hard to pin down, it's definitely one of those that is not quite green, not quite blue so sea-foam felt like the best descriptive. It was just a tiny bit more opaque than Bolt My Wanderings In but three coats still worked out best for me.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer The Meadow Grass
Three coats
Metallic taupe holographic
Same jelly like formula and application as the previous three. I do like the taupe shade a lot, it's a very light sand colored taupe that doesn't go too warm or too cool.

No Part of the Dream World Valentine 2016 Duo:

Inspired by the character of Desire from Neil Gaiman's "Sandman" graphic novels, these two vampy shades encompass the darker side of devotion, desire, and love.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer Love Belongs to Desire
Two coats
Berry crelly with silver holo micro-shreds, holo purple glitter, and micro flakes
I love the contrast of the purple in the berry red base. More opaque than I was expecting, it's shown here in two coats and a generous layer of topcoat to smooth the glitter.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer Desire is Always Cruel
Two coats
Blackened teal blue linear holographic
Dark and moody and seriously holo in the sun, which is just what I want. Great coverage in two coats.

Paint Box Polish LE Valentine's Day Set with Love's Keen Sting: Swatches and Review

Provided for Review
Hello! I have a new release from Paint Box Polish for you today. This is a similar to the NYE set she released in December, with a new polish and complimentary mani fizzes. I love the concept, you get a little something something for yourself without breaking the bank.

The limited edition Valentine's Day Set is available now in Paint Box Polish's shop. The price is $12.50 and will include the polish shown in this post along with two mani fizzes (names and scents posted below too).

Paint Box Polish Love's Keen Sting
Two coats
Red violet crelly with silver holographic micro-glitter and gold shimmer
Lovely as can be with it's rich shade of red violet and that gold shimmer, hmmmm. Very easy application with just two coats for coverage.
The name itself is come from Harry Potter, specifically when Ron's relationship with Lavender has run it's course, but she doesn't see it. Dumbledore pragmatically mutters, "Ahh. To be young and feel love's keen sting."

Love Stinks and Strawberries & Champagne Mani Fizzes
These two mani fizzes are included in the Valentine's Day set and both smell amazing. You may remember the Strawberries & Champagne one from the NYE Duo, it makes it return here and I was so happy to see it again. It smells exactly like it's name, a bit sweet with the strawberry scent but also a little dry with the champagne notes. The Love Stinks mani fizz is little more tart and a slightly sweet scent too.
Using mani fizzes are great year around but they are especially welcome during the winter months when you need that extra hydration and pampering.
