Here are a few polishes from China Glaze's Sunsational Summer 2013 collection. The collection is released with cremes and jellies color. I can never have enough jelly polishes so those are the ones I ended up getting. Formula wise, they apply easily, not to thick formula at all. They are sheer, I applied three coats for Are You Jelly? and four coats of Isle See You Later and Keepin' It Teal, and before each polish application, I made sure I applied a ridge filling base-coat (I use Butter London Nail Foundation).

Deletepretty jellies! want!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeletePerfect jelly execution!! Thank you for the tip about using ridge filling base coat between layers...I ordered Shell-o on Amazon the other day, so I will definitely use that trick with it. :-D
ReplyDeleteThanks Emily! I should clarify though, I meant that I would apply a ridge filler as a base coat and then follow through with regular application, for each polish color, not layering. I wonder though how applying a ridge filler between layers would look, if you go that route, let me know how you like the results!
