Mod Lacquer Tuesday

Hey everyone! Today I have a selection from Mod Lacquer to show you all. Mod Lacquer is an indie polish maker based out of Austin (yay for a fellow Austin polish lover!). I have been eyeing her stuff for a while now so I was happy to be able to review her polishes. I could not be more impressed by the quality of the ones I received, the polish formula is smooth like butter and I had no problems when applying. I will most definitely be ordering more in the near future, especially this one, Breaking Mod, which along with Vault 24/18 (gold flakes, oh my!) is limited edition.

Make sure to check out the sale section in Mod Lacquer's shop, there are some fantastic polishes there marked down for discontinuation.

Mod Lacquer Goblin
Two coats
Olive green that color shifts to burgundy/brown with super fine holo sparkle.
Murky and dark and the touch of holo sparkle is awesome.

Mod Lacquer Revenant
Two coats
Ocean blue that color shifts to purple with super fine holo sparkle.
The color shift in this isn't quite that strong but the color is vivid and bright.

Mod Lacquer Sasquatch
Two coats
Warm brown with gold flakes and gold micr-shimmer.
Very rich looking with all that gold, much better than what I would imagine a "real" sasquatch to look like.

Mod Lacquer Mothman
Three coats
Black jelly base with silver, black and holo red glitter.
Spooky and fun, the red holo is meant to represent glowing red eye's in the dark.

Mod Lacquer Majestic
Two coats
Purple Plum with red shimmer.
My favorite of them all, it's just so lovely and absolutely something I can see myself wearing over and over.

Sale time! Mod Lacquer has a code running right now, FALL15, which will take off 15% from your order between now and Dec. 1st.

Mod Lacquer can be purchased in her Etsy shop. Updates can be found on her Facebook page and Instagram
