Crows Toes That Boy Is A P-I-G Pig! from August's A Box, Indied

Second Friday post! I have Crows Toes That Boy Is A P-I-G Pig! and I wanted to share it before the weekend.

That Boy Is A P-I-G Pig! will be included in August's A Box, Indied. A Box, Indied is a monthly box that is sold through Llarowe. Each month has a central theme and will include 5 polishes or nail products from 11 rotating indie brands. For the month of August, the theme is Go Greek-Pi Beta Polish, inspired by the movie National Lampoon's Animal House.

I love Animal House, and as soon as Lauri from Crows Toes told me the name of this polish, I knew exactly what scene she was referencing. John Belushi, you are awesome:

That Boy Is A P-I-G Pig! is a sheer pale pink with pearl white flakes and blue/green microshimmer. A bit of a departure from what we have come to expect from Crows Toes but no less pretty! This does have a sheer finish but that's the effect you want to go for, very light and ethereal. You can choose to layer, there are so many options to apply it over. I am going to show you guys two looks, the first is worn solo with four coats. You can still see some visible nail line but I am not bothered by that. I like the delicate look of it. The second look is layered over a pale pink which will allow the flakes to pop a tad more.
