Darling Diva Polish BSC Collection: Swatches and Review

Provided for Review
Hi everyone! It's been a few months since we have seen some new things from Darling Diva Polish and this week she is going to release not just one but three new sets! They are all one pour collections, (one pour meaning this color will not be restocked when it is gone) so if you see something you like, get it while it is available.

For today I have the BSC Collection, aka the Batshit Crazy Collection, inspired by the one and only Helena from Orphan Black. Helena is a character that starts at as a villain but as the show progresses, becomes (for me anyway) a fan favorite, with her crazy, violent tendencies as well as her bond with her fellow clone "Seestras". I know that Orphan Black is not going to appeal to everyone but if you like sci-fi or conspiracy thriller type series, I highly recommend watching it!

The BSC Collection will be released on October 28th in Darling Diva Polish's shop.

Darling Diva Polish Bloody Angel
Two coats
Red holographic with gold flakes and shimmer
I love the golden shimmer and flakes in the color. The red itself has some more pink in the color than I would think of for a "blood red" polish but that's just a minor quibble. It applies easily in two coats.

Darling Diva Polish I Gave Her Darkness
Three coats
Indigo jelly with flakes and shimmer
A very blue toned indigo shade and the flakes with their shifting iridescence are a nice accent. Thinner formula consistency and not quite opaque in two coats but three will do it.

Darling Diva Polish Meathead
Two coats
Black base with multi-chrome copper/gold/green flakes
This is one of those black polishes that take on an antiqued gold or olive coloring with the gold shimmer/flakes. I like seeing the little shifts of color from the ultra chrome flakes. Slightly thicker and opaque enough in two coats.

Darling Diva Polish Oinks
Two coats
Putty nude polish with pink/gold shimmer and added holo sparkle
This is the basically a nude on me with it's neutral/cool tone but the shimmer pops so nicely in that base. It is thicker than I preferred, I tried to use as thin coats as I could, this is one that I would likely add a drop or two of thinner before I wear it again.

Darling Diva Polish Pupok
Two coats
Black jelly with color-shifting shimmer and slight holographic sparkle
Deep and dark and ohhhh are those bits of blue in the base? Yes they are and they are awesome. I was expecting to need three coats and was happy to see that I could get away with just two.

Darling Diva Polish Seestra
Two coats
Hot pink jelly with holographic flakes and blue shimmer
This is my favorite of the set. It's such a bright color compared to some of the darker and subtle shades in the set. Very easy application though with such a pigmented pink shade, I thought I would mention doubling up on your base coat.

Darling Diva Polish Sleep Now
Two coats
Purple scattered holographic with color-shifting micro-glitter
Plum toned purple, and those flakes and glitter that add some extra sparkle.

Darling Diva Polish These I Like
Two coats
White crelly with flakes and holo shimmer
I love the softness of this white crelly and the flakes and shimmer, yes please. Like most white crellies, it does require a bit more care when you apply, thin coats are best.
