Hi everyone! I have some polishes from Great Lakes Lacquer to share. These are all limited release polishes, made in batches of 10-20 bottles (some colors may have slightly more stock). There will be one of a kind samples on sale as well but everything will be a once and done type of release, so if you see something you like, jump on it! Also included is my custom collaboration polish, part of the Ladies of GLL series.
Everything will release on Thursday, December 15th at 2 pm EST in Great Lakes Lacquer's shop.
Make sure you click on the link above to the right shop, as she transitioned from her Etsy shop to this Big Cartel shop. The Etsy shop is active but I don't believe this limited release will be available there.

Great Lakes Lacquer Do NOT Pumpkin Spice Everything
Two coats
Slightly burnt orange crelly with bronze and gold flakes and red to gold ultra-chrome flakes
I am also not a fan of the pumpkin spice trend that explodes everywhere in the fall. I love orange though and this one is all sorts of spiced goodness. Slightly thicker but it is PACKED with flakes, so that's understandable.

Great Lakes Lacquer FU 2016
Two coats
Indigo multi-chrome that shifts from purple to red to gold to green with holographic pigment
The color shifting is somewhat subtle but you do get all those color flashes. I love the glint of gold on my index nail. Smooth application with two coats to cover.
Great Lakes Lacquer Love is Love is Love
Two coats
Lightened grape purple linear holographic with pink/gold color-shifting shimmer
This is a brighter and yet softer purple color, like a darkened lavender and the shimmer give it a magical touch.

Great Lakes Lacquer My Lobster Hands
Two coats
Light peachy nude with gold/copper sheen and scattered holographic finish
This does give me a little bit of lobster hands (which just means they make my skin look reddish) and I don't care! Gorgeous peachy nude that's slightly dusky and just enough holo to add sparkle.

Great Lakes Lacquer Sage Yourself
Two coats
Bright sage green with copper sheen/shimmer
This is beautiful and light and ethereal and I could use more adjectives but I will just let you look at the pics.

Great Lakes Lacquer Water is Life
Two coats
Light blue holographic with fuchsia/gold ultra-chrome flakes, gold/green micro-flake, and blue to purple shifting shimmer
Proceeds from this polish will go to Stand With Standing Rock.
Such a vibrant blue! And you add those flakes that contrast, damn. Also, proceeds go to a very worthy cause.

Great Lakes Lacquer Fire Within Me
Two coats
Rusty burgundy red creme with golden shimmer
This polish is my collaboration polish with Mariah, part of the Ladies of GLL series.
I will admit that I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted in my vision of this polish and bless Mariah for putting up with my indecisiveness. In the end, I kept coming back to this deep red color and the more I saw it, the more I fell in love with it. It has a little brown in the coloring and the fiery shimmer is gorgeous. Smooth opaque coverage in two coats. Like the other Ladies of GLL series, this is a limited run polish.
