Hi everyone! I am excited to share Crows Toes newest collection with you today. This collection is named The Nitty Gritty Collection and includes six polishes, all with a textured finish. Another addition to the Crows Toes line is Ingrounded. It's been created for some time now, so you may have seen it before (I've actually posted it here in the past). Now it's going to be available for a full release.
You will notice that this collection has some striking color differences. There are three blackened dark textures and three very bright neon textures. I think they are all amazing but my favorites are the neons. I have yet to meet a neon polish I didn't like and then you add the texture finish and OH YEAH, it's love. Formula wise, they are thin. Which is good, you don't want super thick formula with textures.
You will need to layer to three coats for the brights and just two for the darks. Dry time is pretty good, I believe I waited about 10 minutes after applying the polish to take a photo. The darks need even less time, they dried after about 5-8 minutes. And for those of you that are intrigued by the colors but dislike texture polish, no worries, apply two layers of topcoat and you will get a smooth finish, as well as some major sparkle.
The Nitty Gritty Collection as well as Ingrounded will be released tomorrow, Saturday June 20th in Llarowe's shop, check the shop's Facebook page for specific times. Aqua blue jelly base with blue/purple color shifting glass fleck and blue shimmer, blue iridescence, and a dash of holo super fine micro-glitter
This is not a textured polish. It's also a complex and very hard to capture just how pretty it looks in real life. This is thicker than the textures so I recommend waiting between coats.
