Pahlish Venetian Carnival Collection: Swatches and Review

Provided for Review
Hello! I have Pahlish's newest collection for you all today. These will be released toward the end of the month as a collection for the month of June. The inspiration of the collection comes from the Carnival of Venice, hence the name Venetian Carnival Collection

A Google search image of this festival shows how colorful and grand it all is. I love how the jeweled colors and satin and sparkle of the costumes were translated to these metallic shimmer holos in bright jewel toned shades. There will not be a duo for June because Shannon and Josh of Pahlish will be moving soon but the monthly duo sets should be returning later in the summer.

Look for the Venetian Carnival Collection to be released Sunday May 29th at 7 pm CST in Pahlish's shop

Application Notes:
I will go ahead and talk about the formula and application in this intro, as they all applied pretty much the same. The formula is a nice consistency, not too thick, not too thin. I applied two coats for coverage for each polish. I had just a hint of my nail visible below but if that is something that bothers you, a third coat may help, or just applying a ridge builder base coat. I did very little clean up, that's how well they applied, which makes me very happy. For my photos below, I did apply topcoat and my fourth photo of each polish is under a LED lamp, which will wash out the color a bit but shows off the medium/high holo density that each polish has.

Pahlish Bauta
Two coats
Gold linear holographic with gold sparks
This is a gold shade but to me is has quite a bit of yellow to the color, so it can look almost chartreuse in some lighting. I love the color though, I don't have a holo shade quite like it.

Pahlish Casanova
Two coats
Coral linear holographic with pink sparks
A very orange/red toned coral color which is perfection for me, making it my favorite polish of the collection.

Pahlish Harlequin
Two coats
Berry linear holographic with pink sparks
A very pretty berry pink shade and I love how the pink sparks pop in the base.

Pahlish Masquerade
Two coats
Royal purple linear holographic with pink sparks
My eyes may be deceiving me but I get a gold shimmer impression in this one. That may just be how the holo shimmer comes across.

Pahlish Rialto
Two coats
Sky blue linear holographic with blue sparks
This is a bit more vibrant in person and the shade of blue is so gosh darn gorgeous.

A lovely green to add balance to the set.
