Lollipop Posse Lacquer Anniversary Trio: Swatches and Review

Provided for Review
Hey all! I have a few new polishes from Lollipop Posse Lacquer to share today. These three are going to be offered as a limited edition set to mark her one year anniversary. I have enjoyed reviewing Lollipop Posse's polishes this past year and am excited to see what she creates in the future.

For this Anniversary Trio, maker Karen has created colors that appeal greatly to her and drew inspiration from her favorite musician, Tori Amos, who was also the inspiration the inaugural The Dancing Girl Collection that released last May

The Anniversary Trio will be available on Wednesday, May 4th until June 4th in Lollipop Posse Lacquer's shop

The creme will be $8.50 and the other two polishes will be $9.50 and you will also have the option of purchasing the three polish set for a discounted price of $27 shipped within the US.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer A Little Mental Yoga
Two coats
Royal blue-leaning violet creme
This is exactly the sort of purple polish I love the most, a slick blue toned deep violet creme. It looks slightly more blue toned in my photos than it is in person. The application was great, nice fluid formula and I needed two coats for coverage. It has a slightly less shiny finish without topcoat but I apply topcoat for my swatch photos as a standard, which is how I have it shown as below. I don't know how well this would work for stamping as it has a somewhat thinner formula but I imagine that it would marble well because of that exact same formula, I will have to do some further testing...

Lollipop Posse Lacquer Lip Gloss Boost
Three coats
Holographic silver glitter topper with multiple sizes and colors of neon glitter
I love to see the neon glitters again! They are very fun especially when you add the holo silver glitter. This had a good amount of coverage with one coat over a base color, which I have shown below as well as showing it worn by itself in three thinner coats. You will want to wait a few minutes longer than you would with a creme between coats though if you do decide to build to opacity, to prevent any dragging of the glitter.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer The Threshold of Greatness, Girl
Two coats
Dark turquoise crelly with multiple sizes of black and iridescent glitter
A beautiful turquoise color and I like the contrast of the black and iridescence in the base. It applies so so well, needing just two coats for coverage. I love to apply matte topcoat over crellies with glitter so I have it shown that way as well.
