Polish My Life The Fruits of Summer Collection: Swatches and Review

Purchased by Me
Hey all! For today's post, I have some polishes from Polish My Life. These four are a part of her most recent collection, The Fruits of Summer Collection. I am always interested to see what Polish My Life is putting out and with these bright summer colors, there was no doubt that I was going to get this set.

These four are fruit inspired colors, hence their fruit referenced polish names. They each have creme/jelly hybrid formula with very subtle scattered holographic pigment. Formula wise, they are on the thin side but opaque enough that I applied two coats for each one. I like that this was a smaller release collection, you get four colors that compliment each other well and can provide so many nail art ideas. The dash of holo pigment also sets the apart from the many other indie bright summer collections.

The Fruits of Summer Collection is available right now, as a set and individually, in Polish My Life's shop

Polish My Life Blueberry Breezer
Two coats
Deep blue creme/jelly with very subtle holographic pigment
A very bold blue, making it my favorite polish of the four.

Polish My Life Kiwi Coolata
Two coats
Light green creme/jelly with very subtle holographic pigment
I was somewhat hesitant with this shade, I am shying away from more greens, especially light greens. But when I put it one, I grew to like it much more.

Polish My Life Mango Tango
Two coats
Coral orange creme/jelly with very subtle holographic pigment
This is a duskier shade of orange. It's also in my opinion, a very wearable orange. I think this would compliment a range of skin tones.

Polish My Life Watermelon Waves
Two coats
Bright mid-tone pink creme/jelly with very subtle holographic pigment
Yum! A punch of pink with this watermelon color. And this practically begs for some watermelon nail art like these from The Nail Polish Challenge.  Also, I don't know about you guys but I have been basically consuming all the watermelon this summer. WATERMELON 4 EVER.
